OK, so this isn't really a tap-tap. But it is some sort of vehicle-type-thing in Haiti. I see this guy often in the streets of Croix-des-Bouquets. I am not really sure what this is all about. Let's just take a look at what is going on here.
We have a boat... on wheels. With multiple telephones (old style- not cell) attached. And it appears he sells some beverages out of it as well. And lets not forget the hockey mask and bright orange jumpsuit. Interesting to say the least. All I do know, is that he makes me smile :)
